Our start-up has already achieved 6 million euros in sales in its third full business year and currently employs 40 staff at the Detmold location. Wir suchen eine aufstrebende Persönlichkeit im Performance Marketing, die nicht nur Kampagnen schaltet, sondern auch strategisch denkt, Budgets verantwortet, Channel-Setups sauber aufbaut und unsere digitale Sichtbarkeit auf das nächste Level hebt.
DEINE AUFGABEN
Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Paid-Marketing-Kanäle (Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok & Co.)
Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung internationaler Kampagnen – von A wie Audience bis Z wie Zielgruppenanalyse
Technische Verantwortung für alle relevanten Konten unserer Paid-Kanäle
Monitoring & Reporting: Du behältst Budgets und KPIs im Blick und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative- und Content-Team für performante Werbemittel
Identifikation neuer Trends, Tools und Plattformen – und ihre Erschließung für skalierbare Kampagnen
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce
Tiefe Kenntnisse in Meta und Google Ads – gerne auch international
Erfahrung mit Pinterest & TikTok Ads
Analytisches Verständnis und ein sicherer Umgang mit Tracking-* & Reporting-*Tools
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein Gespür für starke Creatives
Teamspirit und Lust, etwas aufzubauen
